Refund policy
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. The Art of Composition refund policy is as follows:
Subscription fees for accounts
A fee of $20.00 per month will be collected for websites created on artofcomposition.com.
We do not provide refunds for this fee.
Purchases from client websites
Artofcomposition.com provides composers a means to sell their products. Products can be sold as an automatic download, shipped work,
or rental.
- Downloads - downloads are immediate upon purchase. Refunds will only be issued if a file is not properly downloaded due to program error.
- Shipped Products - some products will be shipped. Once an order is placed the account owner will be notified. Products must be shipped within one week of notification. Tracking information will be made available to the customer. If the product has not been mailed within one week of notification a full refund may be offered to the customer.
- Rented Products - some products may be offered as a rental. Rental agreements will be made between the composer and client. If this agreement is not met a refund may be offered.
